REMOTE ARTIST RESIDENCY

1 to 6 Month Duration, Flexible Meeting Schedule
Plexus Projects is accepting applications for online artist residencies of 1 to 6-month durations.  Residencies include weekly 1-hour online studio visits and advising focused on developing professional practices and projects. At the end of the residency, each artist’s work will be presented in an online solo exhibition on the Plexus Projects website. This interdisciplinary global residency is open to artists working in any media and are available throughout the year.

CREATIVE TECH IMMERSION RESIDENCY

ONLINE, 1-MONTH, 2-HOURS PER WEEK
The Creative Tech Immersion Residency provides 1-on-1 online sessions for creative technology tutorials culminating in an online solo exhibition on the Plexus Projects website. Residencies include weekly meetings focused on project and skills development focused on a particular tool or technique. Topics include artist portfolio websites, creative coding, digital imaging and graphics, AI imaging, 3D, video, animation, and digital fabrication. This global residency is open to artists working in any media.


STUDIO RESIDENCY AT PLEXUS PROJECTS

1-MONTH, SELF-DIRECTED
The Studio Residency Program is open to individual artists working primarily in digital forms such as web, code, animation, video, 3D, XR/VR/AR, AI, text-based, or imaging. The studio is located at Plexus Projects in the vibrant Greenpoint Brooklyn neighborhood of New York City. Residencies are self-directed with studio time to be determined by the resident. Studio Artists-in-Residence have included Laimah Osman, Candace Williams, Adrian Edgard Rivera, Lee Tusman, Ashley Hefnawy, Mark Ramos, and Ziyang Wu.
